2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany, on servers in the European Union. When you access the site, the web server automatically records technical data in log files: IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser and operating system. This data is required to deliver the website securely and is deleted after a short retention period. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website). A data processing agreement is in place with the hosting provider.

3. Cookies, analytics and tracking

This website does not use analytics services, advertising trackers or social media plugins. No tracking cookies are set for visitors. Fonts, scripts and videos are hosted on our own server; no data is transferred to Google Fonts, video platforms or content delivery networks by simply viewing the page.

4. Contact form and email

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address, company, subject and your message) to answer your request and for any follow-up. The form contains a technical spam check (a hidden field and a timing check) that does not store personal data. Messages are delivered to our mailbox by email. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (responding to enquiries). We keep enquiries as long as necessary to process them and in line with statutory retention obligations.

6. Your rights
